I went to the local FHC today. There seems to be no access to the premium websites, and will not be any for some time to come. I am not a member of the church, but I had volunteered at another FHC for 18 years. I was very disappointed. Do you have any idea when we will have access again.

Thank you.

The Family History Center Portal Service is currently unavailable for needed maintenance and upgrades (2 June 2021). It is anticipated this will take up to 90 days to complete. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

As you prepare to return to your local family history center, please be aware that limited access collections and partner websites accessible through the Family History Center Portal (see list) will be temporarily unavailable for critical maintenance and updates. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. We will let you know when access is reestablished. The Family History Library staff in Salt Lake City, Utah, will have the ability to search limited access collections during this period and can offer patron assistance. To learn more about this option, patrons should explore the free virtual consultations and free records look-up services.

Thanks. I guess the good news is that the 3 months is already half over!
