Table Entry Mode uses a lot of computer resources with a large table, which you’ll have in the situation you describe, and becomes essentially unusable as you’ve discovered. Instead, try indexing in Form Entry Mode, perhaps combined with some Column Entry Mode. It will save you a lot of time and frustration with this project. Unlike Table Entry Mode, the response time for Form Entry Mode is the same regardless of the number of columns. And Column Entry Mode is manageable, even with a large number of rows.

That is good to know.
Thank you!

You’re welcome, Pauline.
My preferred indexing mode is Form Entry Mode and I wouldn’t appreciate being forced to use Table Mode when I don’t really don’t want to, so I can relate to the reverse issue. I do hope that the developers fix the slow-loading issues with Table Entry Mode so that those who prefer that mode won’t need to abandon it or be forced to tough it out and be frustrated. Maybe if it were more responsive I might use it more.
