How can we tell if our affiliate library is connected correctly?

The Kuethe Library in Glen Burnie, MD recently applied to be an affiliate library. We provided our static IP address and received our certificate in May. Over the past two months, I have logged in to my FS account at the library and tried to access restricted records (camera icon with key above) but have not been successful. My understanding is that some restricted records still can't be accessed in affiliate libraries. How can we tell if our connection is not working, or if I am just trying to see restricted records that are not accessible at affiliate libraries? Are there some "known" restricted records that we should be able to access to test the connection?

Would you please go to the FamilySearch.org > Help Center and search for

What are the image restrictions in Historical Records?

Our affiliate library needs access to restricted images

Why are there access restrictions on Historical Records?
