Move part of a discussion

I serve as a Family Search moderator. Yesterday there was a case involving only one part of a discussion where a guest expressed frustration at one aspect of Family Search. I wanted to move her part of the discussion to another team so that they could address her issues. However, when I click on the cog wheel next to her part of the discussion, the move feature is not there. It seems I will need to move the entire discussion in order to be able to move just her part.

This is too bad. This particular discussion occurred on the "What is This" post at the top of a Q & A section and if I move the entire discussion, then the "What Is This" post disappears from the section.

It would be good if there were a way for us as moderators to be able to move only part of discussion if that is necessary. I have included an image of what I mean.
