for some reason I can't email an album. I have done it many times before.

    Hello Sam.

    Were you able to share the album you wanted to share? If you have had success in the past following the instructions below, then perhaps it's now a matter of clearing temporary files and cache and resetting FamilySearch cookies. You may want to try switching browsers, as well.

    1. Sign in to FamilySearch.
    2. In the menu bar at the top of the screen, click Memories.
    3. In the drop-down, click Gallery.
    4. Click the album or memory that you want to share.
    5. Click Share.
    6. Select a way to share the memory (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, WhatsApp, email, or copy link). To copy or email the URL, follow these steps:
      1. To copy the URL to share, click Copy. You can then paste the URL into an email message.
      2. To email the URL, above the web address, click Email. This opens your email for you or opens a list of email applications to choose from. When the email opens, it already contains the URL. Add your message, and send it. Depending on your individual computer settings, this might open a new browser window only. In that case, use the copy option instead.

    Gracias por la captura de pantalla. Me sorprende que siga recibiendo mensajes de error desde este punto, ya que no he experimentado un problema similar en los últimos días. A veces, un problema se relaciona con un servidor en particular (me inclino a usar Firefox la mayor parte del tiempo), pero pueden ocurrir problemas los lunes, cuando se lleva a cabo la mayor parte del trabajo de mantenimiento del sitio.

    Si el problema persiste, puede intentar cambiar a otro navegador o ponerse en contacto con Soporte (directamente, por correo electrónico) para ver si se trata de un problema conocido o si tienen alguna solución.

    Por cierto, la "sección Comunidad" es justo donde estoy escribiendo esta respuesta y en la que ha aparecido su problema. Hay un ícono de sobre en la parte superior de la página, que debe contener detalles de cualquier mensaje privado que le hayan enviado en relación con las publicaciones que haya realizado y que hayan llegado a esta sección de la Comunidad de FamilySearch.

    MNutall mentioned that changing browsers might be a good option we agree with her also deleting cookies from your FamilySearch.

    if not - can you be a little more specific as to what the precise scenario was and actions/steps taken and results encountered.
