I had someone respond to a question I asked but when I clicked to see the answer it tells me I don't have permission to do that. How can I access this answer?

    You can't.

What you are seeing is what happens when your question has been escalated to an upper level of support. That process removes your question from here. All you can do is wait for a private message from a moderator. Some of the moderators seem to be very good at doing this. Others are not.

If you browse through the boards, you will find a lot of complaints about how this currently works, such as this one: https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/comment/265182#Comment_265182

Thank you for helping me to understand this process. I guess now the waiting begins :)
