How do I record 2 deaths written in one death record

    It depends. If they were of the same gender then you would only need one record. If it was a boy and a girl, and there is a gender field, then you would need to create two records. In other words, if there is anything being indexed that is different between the two babes, then you would create another record.

    It is always best to share the batch so others can see what you are seeing. To do that, click on the third icon from the right and follow the instructions.

    It really is not possible to be sure of a correct answer if we do not have a shared batch number in order to look at the batch in question. Each project has it's own rules. Many times they are the same from project to project but not always. If you want a correct answer please supply us with the shared batch code.
