Record Seek
Can not get into Record Seek anymore. I've used it for years (and love it) but now when I try, I get the following. (I have current Norton 360 on my Surface. I don't get this message on any other site I get into, which are many. Any ideas? I can't even get into the site to access their Help center...)

Susan,
I noticed the same thing today. I went to their website and clicked Contact Us and they got right back to me about this problem. Sorry to say it still isn't working for me, but FamilySearch doesn't support their partner products anyway, so that's about all you can do. Hopefully, it will be working again soon. It's a great app.

@Dale Linda Hein if you contacted through the freshdesk link, that "immediate reply" is only an auto-response and does not indicate that you have reached the creator. The only way I've found that works - eventually - is to contact RecordSeek through the Facebook page.
@Susan Boyd Nielsen the message you are seeing means that the security certificate has expired, and the creator of the app needs to renew the certificate.

Thank you very much for finding this out and letting me know. I guess we wait until Record Seek gets it fixed.
Thank you

I like using RecordSeek as well. I am able to use it with Firefox currently but not with Chrome.
