Its an online community group - - most of us are users - just like you - and we share our expertise with each other.
If someone else happens to be on line - you might get a quick repsonse
BUT responses will usually come hours or a day or so later - as different people log on.
(Its not just one on line team answering the questions - rather its a combination of volunteers as well as general users just like you.
(I am a general user)
what is it you want to ask about?
Just post your question - and we will get back with you.

Yes. Through Community you can ask any questions about Family Search. We do have different chat groups where you can ask specific questions in the area you need assistance with. Once you enter community and click Q & A look for the sbject and post your question like you just did and you will receive an answer.

"Chat" - usually implies immediate (within seconds) response (usually by an always on line paid support team)
Here in the community - responses will normally come within hours or sometimes a day or so - by non paid volunteers as well as general users. It just depends who happens to be online.
here are some videos about the general nature of a "community"
