Mary Theach Harper 1792- 1856 Died in Martin's Cove Wyoming.
She is a relative of mine, but I have no sources on this lady, She gathered with the rest of the Martin's Handcart pioneers in England at 64 years of age and lived to cross the plains as far as Martin's Cove until the weather changes took her life with many others. What I am looking for is basic info: Birth, baptism, marriage, was she a widow, spinster, was she a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day saints (if so who baptized her), her parents.... ?
Family Search Id: (K2J1-BGD) HAS MARY MONK AS MARY HARPER and all temple work is completed with out any sources.
I am thinking that LDS records may have answers for me. Can you help me find her records?
Thanks

Hi @Bing101. Your question might be best answered by contacting the Church History Library, rather than the Family History Library. Please go to the following Wiki page to learn more about what types of records are kept at the Church History Library. Since you specifically mentioned the Martin Handcart Company, you might find the additional information you are looking for.
Of special interest is the fact that there is a Pioneer Database that contains an index of individuals and companies that crossed the plains to Utah from 1847 to 1868 which also includes transcribed excerpts from trail diaries, letters, and newspaper reports.
We wish you success as you contact those who work in this facility as you continue your research.
