In reviewing City Telephone Directories - when you have a name as follows : Valentine, Mr. and Mrs J B - do you do a line for Valentine, J B Mr and another for Valentine, Mrs. - or do you just include the spouse following the husbands information? (and do you add JB as her given name>??????) Thanks B L

The way it's written means Mr. and Mrs. J B Valentine, in which case you would use J B Valentine for the name of both.

On the City Directory project, you can create one entry since there is a prefix field for both the primary and the spouse.

    Surname Valentine

    Given Name J B

    Prefix Mr

    Spouses Given Name J B

    Spouses Surname Valentine

    Spouses Prefix Mrs
