Why does it say No Relationship Found?

I have been working on a line for many years and found out that there was intermingling between my Virginia line and a Kentucky line. To sort this out meant contacting many people who might be affected and carefully letting them know the problem, a solution and giving them an opportunity to comment and/or rebut. I received no responses. So I and two others "pulled the trigger" and made the changes.

However, and maybe unrelated to the above, I have one ancestor, John b. 1774, when I View My Relationship everything works. When I go to his brother, Henry b. 1776, it shows No Relationship Found. Then I go to Tree View and everything works.

I'm confused.
