I've been indexing for years. It used to be that one could start a file and continue to complete it within the week. Twice this month, I've left the site with a project uncompleted. Now when I go to continue to complete the file a couple of days later it's been expired. I'm so frustrated. I love indexing. Please help me! Yes, usually it's a week but sometimes it is shorter and we have to remember the batch expires at midnight GMT. For me here in Utah, that's 6 PM.

Something else that happens sometimes is that the entire project is pulled to correct something and then everyone's batches disappear and there's no warning or explanation.
