Thank you for your question regarding the correction of the name of the place where your grandmother passed away,
As mentioned in the previous answer you are able to edit this information for your grandmother. You will follow the steps as given in the Article attached as follows:
- In Family Tree, display the person page of the individual whose information you want to correct. That would be your grandmother
- If you do not see Vitals near the top of the screen, click Details.
- For the information you need to correct, click Edit. This would be the the place of death for your grandmother.
- In your grandmothers case you would put in Sydney New South Wales. You can then select the scandalized place from the drop-down menu that will appear. If no matching standard is available, click None of the Above.
- Enter a reason statement to explain why the information is correct. If the existing reasoning is applicable, leave the existing explanation, and add your own comments.
- Click Save.
