Since the system of creating cases will no longer be the way we go and when we call in to the 866-406-1830 number, we will be directed to this community Q and A, how will we still be able to help patrons/guests when we are in need of immediate help? Will we still be able to receive that kind of service?

    Hi Jennise,

What a great question. Thank you for taking time to ask.

You are wondering how you get immediate help now the system has changed. The FamilySearch Community is a global community, and areas around the world are working and supporting the Community. So Community is running 24/7, and people who are awake, at a time when you are asking your question, can answer your question. The phone number for North America support is still open from 8am MT-8pm MT.

We hope this will answer your concern.
