Thanks for the great research question.
To access any FS data, you would need the person's name, location and date to use the "Search" feature of FamilySearch Search records feature. You will also love the FS Research Wiki article on Germany Church Records where the Matricula is mentioned (using Ctrl and F to search for it quickly) as a source in the sources chart in the wonderful research page on Germany.
Additionally, you can go directly to the Matricula website, by truncating the address you provided. Just copy only this into a web browser: https://data.matricula-online.eu/en/deutschland.
On the right hand side of the site is a menu of the regions of Germany: Scroll down to "Passau, rk. Bistum" and click on it.
Once in that listing, scroll down and choose : "Zwiesel."
The last part of your web address indicates the location of your marriage information for this source: 004-02 is the archival identifier. 36 is the page of the image.
