At the temple we no longer pick up the cards after completing the ordinance. We are told that it is no longer needed and that we will receive an email notification. The same way, ordinances submitted to the temple are only noted in an message. The problem is, there is nothing there, meaning no information is given about the person who had his or her ordinance completed. The notification in FamilySearch states to look at the list, but then it says there is no list. I have now received many notifications in FamilySearch and have no idea whose ordinances have been completed. In fact all my reservations are also not accessible, I get an error message instead.
