What is an Unsupported Photo"?

Max,
It sounds as if your photo was not in one of the "supported" formats:
.jpg, .tif, .bmp, .png, .pdf, .mp3, .m4a, and .wav, up to 15MB.
Here is the knowledge article that explains how to upload memories and which formats are supported:
Hoping this helps you solve the problem.

I also ran into this same problem when attempting to upload some photos from my computer (no pic - just a red flag stating it is “unsupported”); interestingly my photos were in “pdf format” which according to this reference “is” an acceptable format. Now, it looks like I’m going to have to go back in person to my local family search center to get some help. You would think there would be some instructions covering this or at least instructing one on how to delete these messages.
