Is there an undo key/button?

It would sure be nice to have an undo key/button when I make a major typo error.

(Something like (Ctrl + Z) or Undo)

Several times I have accidently clicked on the icon for

"Copy text from the selected field into all following matching fields (Alt + Shift + D)"

when I meant to click on the icon for

"Copy text from previous entry into selected entry (Ctrl + Shift + D)"

OR

"Copy text from the same field on the previous entry into selected entry (Ctrl + D)"

I lose a lot of indexing time when I have to make 200 individual corrections.

Please either provide an undo key/button or move the dangerous icon:

"Copy text from the selected field into all following matching fields (Alt + Shift + D)"

away from commonly used icons.

You can remove the information that you indexed by accident and when there is nothing in the field, then again use the Copy Text Forward (Alt + Shift + D) and every field will then be empty.

Feedback. Some possible ways to deal with this issue. But please don’t force either of the first two on everybody - make them OPTIONAL.

(1) Provide an OPTIONAL verify step before completing the action to try to forestall accidental use of this command.

(2) OPTIONALLY implement a setup/mechanism like the Review Process has, with the “undo” arrow next to each Field (for individual Field undos), and instead of an “I have verified each Field” selection have an “undo each Field” selection at the bottom. In Field Input mode this restore all/undo all action would apply to the whole current Entry Panel, In Column Mode to all Fields in the Column, and in Row Entry Mode to all Fields in the Row.

(3) Allow the system to restore the last saved version of the batch. In this connection, PERHAPS OPTIONALLY allow the user to set the frequency of auto saves (I.e. every 1, 5, 10 minutes)

Give feedback on this! That is a suggestion I would like as well! We can correct most errors as Melissa S Himes has suggested but some erase answers that were already indexed which is not fun to have to do again!
