Web Indexing Won’t Load Batches

I am able to see and select batches for indexing, but when I go into the batch, it fails to load. I have attempted in two different browsers (Chrome and Safari) with two different devices (iPad and MacBook) with the same error messages. The batches show up in my selected batches queue, but I cannot load them.

    A mi me paso lo mismo no me cargaba espere un rato y me cargo. Entre por el navegador de Chrome.

    Puede ser por varios motivo ¿ Que dice el mensaje de error?

    Si sigues con problemas puedes enviar una imagen por Favor para ayudarte.

    Como sugerencia limpiar el historial de Chrome eso ayuda a veces.

    Could you please give the batch codes so I can see if I can open them up? Also please let us know if you are still having problems after the above suggestions. So sorry for the frustration.
