Uploading of living individuals via a Gedcom
I am a FSL Specialist (Oakland, CA) helping a patron. We uploaded a large Gedcom (12600 names and created in Roots Magic 7.0) into Family Tree via Genealogies per the 6 page instruction article. All went smoothly. Over 6000 names, however, were placed into the "Invalid and Living" category. (There is no dispute that these people are living or were born less than 110 years ago.)
Is there a way to add any of these names to the patron's private space within his FamilySearch account without manually entering all of the information? Needless to say, manual entry of all of this information would be very painful.

Hi Brian It is not currently possible to load living people from your GEDCOM file into Family Tree. Here is a link to an article about how to copy your data into Family Tree. Note the exceptions in the first bullet points of the article. That's a lot work loading that large of GEDCOM file. Good luck

Brian, it would be a good thing to do to go to the Help and search for gedcom. There are Articles there that you need to read regarding the how to's and problems with loading a gedcom to Family Tree. This is a process that is not for the faint hearted, but prior knowledge on what to be aware of will appease many headaches with the process.
