Why can't I register my 12 year old daughter?
We can not log on to our daughter's family search account. My husband and I both have an account and we have 2 older children with an account. When we tried to create an account for our 12 year old by entering her membership record number, it said there is already an account with that membership record number. When we tried to look up/reset her username and password, it gave the verification code for one of our other children's accounts. When we tried to create an account it said "Either the church record number or the birth date you entered is invalid." We have checked multiple sources and they are both correct. After these issues we called and talked to someone at the help number and discovered that the phone number and email associated with the account with this membership record number are not ours and never have been. Can you please help?
