Restricted document

I entered into gallery a document called 2011 which is a journal entry of my family history for 2011. Across the document it says restricted. I want to know why because I can find on bare skin.

    Hello @Bonnie Pollock

    Hopefully you should have received an email notifying you that the memory was restricted.

    A program looks at each Memory which is uploaded.

    If you feel the memory was restricted in error then please reply to the email so that a real person will take a look and make a determination.

    This document is a baby book of my 3 child born in 1968. I know there are a few pictures of grandmother giving her a bath. I am sure if you look at it you will see there is nothing inappropriate in the rest of the document. Thank you! Bonnie

    I have been waiting for a response to 3 restrictions. One is about to be terminated. It is entitled 2011. The other two are at the top of my Galary and are Baby Books that I scanned. Please let me know if you can help me get these 3 cleared. Thank you, Bonnie Pollock

    The guest, Bonnie Pollock, called FamilySearch Support again because she cannot find the email that was sent about this restricted memory. I will escalated this post so the proper team can handle this issue.

    We are sorry you could not find the email for your restricted memory. Please make sure the email is correct on your FamilySearch account. Click on your name in the top right corner. Go to Settings to check your email.

    You may want to delete that memory and re-upload it to FamilySearch to receive another email.
