Attempted to lookup the Greek Catholic records for Lemberg. Film 2289673. The film is supposed to be online. However, it doesn't load and says to try back later. Is there a way for this to be fixed. Thank you.

@JBisaha , I see the same result that you do for film 2289637. According to our catalog entry, the film should be visible (camera icon showing with no key for film 2289637, DGS# 4933152 at https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/1471139?availability=Family%20History%20Library)

Here is a way to report this problem. Go to Search->Images, click on 'show more search options' and then 'show advanced search' and enter the DGS number found on the catalog page: 4933152. There should be no viewing restrictions on any films that are found in this "Explore Historical Images" feature. When you click on 'show Image Groups' you'll see two entries for the vital records you're looking for, but again the images do not appear. But, there is a "Feedback" button in the lower right corner of the page. Please use this feedback button to report the problem you're having with viewing the images. This feedback goes directly to the team that is developing the Explore Images feature. We hope they'll have an answer about why the images are not visible.

I am able to view this film without issues. Have you tried again? Is there is a message that comes up?

Let's see if this works. I snipped the screen and saved as JPG's.

I accessed one of the films without problems. Perhaps you could try clearing your browser history and see if that makes any difference.
