WHAT IS THIS? - FAMILYSEARCH COMMUNITY
The FamilySearch Community Help Center Category is here to help people who have a question or need to report a problem using the community. As individual's knowledge and interest grows in a particular subject the right hand side of the page also directs people to related groups and events where additional interactions take place. People can ask the question on the page to receive an answer, or they can dig in deeper and attend trainings, view recordings and they can participate in the ongoing discussions, news, and resource sharing occurring in groups.

Thank you for your input in adding this category to the "Q and A" section of Community.
As my comments elsewhere make clear, I am generally for reducing the multiple places where posts can be added - e.g. there is a "Family Tree" category in Q and A, Ideas and Groups. The last of these could easily be dispensed of, as it is rarely used and really serves little purpose - as do many of the items in "Groups".
However, not having a "FamilySearch Community" category under Q and A was an anomaly that - with the present Community structure - did need to be addressed. So, again, thank you for your part in seeing it was added.

Some where in this topic you need to let people know that this is where you ask questions or post to call attention to software issues that need attention of the engineers. IF this is NOT the correct place, you need to start another topic with THAT topic....how to get to the engineers.

I am interested in the immigration records for Thomas D. Davies. He was my great grandfather, born in Merthyr Tydfil, Wales on 12/18/1840. He was employed as a Blacksmith and died in Cleveland, OH on 1/16/1907. He was married to Catherine Rees Davies and came to America between 1867 and 1869. I have been unable to find any information about what ship he came on or the exact date. Thank you for any help you can provide in this matter.

Entrando a "Galería", "Mis recuerdos ",tienes la opción de cargar archivos Se admiten archivos .jpg, .tif, .bmp, .png, .pdf, .mp3, .m4a, y .wav, hasta de 15MB.
No sé si contesta a tu pregunta.
