How can I get a restriction removed from a death certificate I uploaded to Eric Hillyer GZDK-MKH.
I reviewed the upload policies and I cannot see any reason why a death certificate should be restricted. Thanks in advance.

Regarding: we received your question about upload policies why is a death certificate restricted.
What does ArtifactUploadServiceAccount mean?
The message "ArtifactUploadServiceAccount" means that FamilySearch restricted an uploaded memory. Notification went to the person who originally uploaded the memory, as well as anyone using the watch feature to monitor people tagged in the memory.
Unfortunately, no one responded to these messages, and the system deleted the memory.
Note: Patrons have 30 days to respond to a message about a restricted Memory. If they do not respond, the system automatically deletes the memory.

When images are uploaded to FamilySearch an automated program checks the image.
You should have received an email notifying you that the Memory was restricted.
If you reply to that email a real person will take a look at the image and make a determination to approve or not approve the image. They will then email you letting you know the decision.
Your Death certificate is probably ok unless it has a copyright symbol on it.
