I wanted to ask someone or Technical Support how to get around a problem.

I found that the only way I could do that was to make a phone call, and that is the start of another problem.

I am unable to converse with people on a phone simply because I am DEAF.

I would not be capable of talking to a person because I cant hear what they are saying.

Why is there NO other way, like sending an email to get assistance ?

I would have thought that this would be the most obvious way to get help with a problem.

Could you please send me a reply by email

Kindest Regards

Geoff M😉
