What does it mean when it says "last changed by unknown " and followed by a number?

If it is what I think you are seeing, it means that the last change took place in New Family Search, the predecessor to Family Tree. You can confirm this by looking at the date of this last change. It will probably say April or May 2012. That is when information was imported into Family Tree. There was no way for them to import the history of any changes from that older system and they did not import than name of who last worked on the record there. Most of the time you will see FamilySearch instead of that unknown####### configuration but sometimes a configuration of that sort will pop up.
Here is an example:
Checking in the change log, you can see that this was the initial import into Family Tree of this person:
No edits have been done on her name, since it is correct, since the beginning of Family Tree. When you see "FamilySearch" in this situation, it is just a meaningless placeholder for a value that could not be empty. It does not mean FamilySearch did anything to this record.

Hi, Chareine, thanks for posting here.
Are you able to take a picture of what you are seeing in the latest changes and post it here to be reviewed? Perhaps this would be helpful to see your issue.
Latest Changes:
Follow the instructions below to contact someone who contributed to Family Tree or Memories. Keep in mind that in certain cases we may not be able to identify the contributor. This could be because the contribution came from a previous system that didn't keep track of contributors or because the contributor is deceased.
How do I send a message to someone who contributed to Family Tree or Memories?
Thanking you in advance.
