After you have indexed 1,000 records in web indexing, you will automatically be given access to review batches. The permission process takes a day or two.
To locate your web indexing total, while on the Web Indexing page:
- Find the Progress chart.
- Beneath the chart, click Projects.
- See "Web totals" with the quantity of records you have indexed.
If you are a member of a ward indexing group you can ask the indexing lead for the rights to review. See if he or she can help.
Hope you get it resolved as it will bless you.

The Indexing Totals section includes the Web Indexing totals plus any Indexing you might have done under the old Desktop program. The Progress area only includes the Web Indexing values, and if you set the filter to “all time” it should show the count for all the Web Indexing you’ve ever done. If you’ve only indexed under the Web Indexing program, then the values from those two sources should be the same. For getting Review rights, only the Web Indexing total counts.

And - always choose batches from Web Indexing's Find Batches section and never from Find A Project. There are no reviewer options in Find A Project.

If you have indexed 1000 or more in the current program, you will automatically be given Review rights. It can take a day or so before that happens.
The leader of your ward indexing group does not have the power to make you a Reviewer.
