Thank you for letting us know this issue Diana. Please post the batch number you are working on, or the URL when in that batch.

If the bar at the top of the entry form says "Image 1 of 1" there is only 1 document to index. These projects are often pre-loaded with entry forms (like Entry 1 of 10). This is in case your document has a number of records to index. If you have 1 image that has 1 record, after you have indexed that information, you need to delete the unused entries. To delete the unused entries, click on the trash can icon, select "all blank entries", click delete. Now you will have 1 entry and will be able to submit the batch.

If that isn't what your question is about, you should always share the batch so others can see what you are seeing. To share a batch click on the 3rd icon from the right and follow the instructions, or copy the title and batch code from the top of the screen and post it with your question (or now with an answer). The batch code is the sequence of letters and numbers between brackets, like this: [M949-M5Z]

    US, Missouri—County Marriages, 1806–1969 [Part L][M949-M5Z]
