Wisconsin Pre-1907 Death Records, Info. Not Saving

I am trying to index Wisconsin Pre-1907 Death records. When I complete a batch and hit send, none of the information saves and I get an error message that I have over a hundred items that are missing/need fixing. I am on a MacBook Air. I have tried using three different web browsers (FireFox, Safari, Opera) as sometimes this will make a difference, but it has not. Again, I complete a batch, hit send, and none of the information has saved. The problem seems to be unique to these particular records--I have indexed close to 10,000 records without experiencing this issue. Any ideas?

I am asked to complete 6 entries but I'm only given three in the batch. When I try to fill the three, the information I entered for number 2 entry is gone. Can't keep the form filled out. I've tried deleting the extra entry forms but the forms reappear and I'm still asked to complete 6 entries. Hope someone sees this soon. Not sure how the 3% on the completed batch notice was able to get to the Submit page with full entries. Good luck!

    Hello lsmith3850941

It looks like the problem are the numbers of entries given related to the number of records to index.

It sound like each image may have 2 entries and when trying to complete image 2 entry of image 1 is out of view.

Please share your batch code to look on the images and direct you better. You can copy and paste the URL where the batch is located.
