I am having this exact same problem. I am on a MacBook. I have tried using three different web browsers to see if this will make a difference, but it does not. The information being typed in is not saving, hence the popup error message saying that the information has not been input. HELP!

You most likely have more blank entries than you need, not more records that need be indexed into those entries. If you’ve indexed everything you think needs to be indexed, just use the trashcan icon in the middle of the horizontal toolbar with the option “all blank entries” and click “Delete”
if this doesn’t help, please Share your Batch info so that we can look at your batch. Click on the 3rd icon from the right to see how. Thanks

I indexed quite a few death records from Wisconsin however, now, when I get to the end, and go to the next person, the information for the first person disappears. I don't get a bunch of entries to do, and I know how to go to "All blank entries" and delete. It just keeps deleting the previous entry.

A Shared batch code would allow us to look at the batch and help us to know how to help you with this issue. You can find the Shared batch code at the end of the Project Name. It is 7 numbers and letters starting with the letter 'M'.

That is strange. I’m not authorized to look at Wisconsin Records, but I’ll be interested in learning how this resolves. Good luck.

Having same problem. When I complete 1 batch (3 records) and hit "send," none of the information saves and I get an error message that says I have 197 issues.
