How do I revise a record only I can see to be un-confidential so others can see?

I created the record for Ali Abdullah Alireza G7LD-1VY on May 26, 2020. Now, it says the record is a "Confidential Person: Living and confidential people are managed in a private space. Only you will be able to see and modify this person. However, anyone could potentially see the photos, documents, and stories that are attached to this person." I have no reason for his record to be confidential; I don't think this is something I (?) added. Question #1: How did this happen? Why is this record confidential? Question #2: How do I make it UN-confidential?

Hello @Lynette Marie LAWRENCE thank you for your question. The person you created is showing as "Confidential Person" because the person is marked living. Living persons in Family Tree are only visible to the person who created the record and is the only person that can make changes to that person's record. Until a death date is added to the person's record, no other person can view or manage the record except yourself. The link below is for an article that will best explain what Private Space is.
