Unable to access web indexing page
I logged on just now and my web indexing page is blank. There is no record of what I have indexed and no option to choose a project or a further record. Clicking on the options does not bring anything up. The page stays blank. What has happened? Has all record of my work been lost?
Just checked my-indexing via tablet, and everything is there. So why is it not on laptop which is what I work from?

I have been able to access web indexing via Edge browser. I have since found out that there is a problem affecting Chrome after the latest upgrade which I got on Thursday. Similar problems to mine have been reported by other people for other websites. It is not a problem originating with FamilySearch itself. However thank you for your offer of help. It is good to know it is there.

Sometimes this is a matter of clearing your browser cookies or trying a different browser.
You can find instructions for clearing your cookies on the internet.
If you are using Chrome you can press Control+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Command+Shift+Delete (Mac) at the same time. Then choose "for all time" at the top of the box and then click "Clear Data."

Another way to clear FamilySearch cookies only is to type familysearch.org/cookies in your address bar then say yes to reset your FamilySearch only cookies.
Here is the link: https://www.familysearch.org/cookies

Clearing cookies does not work.

I have tried opening FamilySearch.org Web Indexing> Open Batch on Chrome, Edge and Firefox and all three worked for me.
If you would like a call from a FamilySearch representative, please indicate your desire here. One of us will send you a private message asking for your phone number so we can call you and work with you individually.
