Sorting Private Persons in My Contributions
Can we please sort by birthdate for Private persons? That way I can focus on the ones most likely to have death dates to find!

I think that a sort by birthdate would be such a useful feature. And it seems to me that it would be an easy feature to add????
The best place to make suggestions for improvements to the FamilySearch program is to use the Feedback option (which is located at the bottom of every FamilySearch screen).
Another way to get to the same place is to click the Ideas button on the left of this screen.
Or get to the same place by clicking on this URL https://familysearch.vanillacommunities.com/en/categories/ids-suggestion .
The FamilySearch Product Managers do look at the suggestions. Other people can see your suggestion, make comments, add to your suggestion and add votes. I have entered suggestions in the past and one of my suggestions was implemented.

Mmm. I see that this post was moved from Ideas. No idea why.
I would move it back to Ideas if I could. But I cannot.

Do you see the little cog wheel top right of your post?
If you see the "Move", then you can move. I tried and can't get to Ideas from here with a Move. Sorry...I tried. This is all so new...can you let us know if you were able to try a Move?
We'll get use to these new category options some day! That said...I'd have kept your question in Ideas!

Nope, no move option for me. The moderator responded to me and said I can post it separately there. Just did:

FYI
ONLY "Moderators", in the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, have such 'Options' like, "Move", etc.
'NavooMum' DOES NOT appear to be a "Moderator"; as, she DOES NOT have [mod] indicator after her "Contact Name", like yourself; and, NOW, many Others, with the INCLUSION of 'FamilySearch' "Support", into the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
As an aside ...
So MANY of 'FamilySearch' "Support" have ONLY just joined into the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, for the very FISRT time, with "Administrative" Rights; and, yet, have no real idea how the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum has been working.
A true indictment of, the lack training; and, expectations, 'FamilySearch' "Support", being NEW members of the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, with such "Administrative" Rights.
There SHOULD have been, a much more SLOWER process, of the introduction (and, inclusion) of 'FamilySearch' "Support", into the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
Those from 'FamilySearch' "Support", NEEDED, much MORE time to familiarise themselves with the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, rather than being 'thrown in at the deep end'

Love that we can now sort in the Private Persons area. But can we have the previous sort options back? Please allow for sorting by "Date Created" and by "Last Edited Date".
