Mislabeled indexed records. Can they be fixed?

Several indexed sources have been mislabeled as Fjære, Aust-Agder, Norway but are actually from Åmli, Aust-Agder. This includes the birth of several children born to Anders Terjesen and Magnild Olsdatter who lived at Østre Vimme farm from 1802 and onwards. To verify this, search FamilySearch records batch no. c421051 for christenings of children born to Anders Terjesen and Magnild Olsdatter.

Question: Can misidentified indexed parish records be fixed?

We probably need a little more information from you. If you do a records search on batch C 42105-1 for Anders Terjesen and Magnild Olsdatter, there were a number of children that were listed ubt each one of them showed Amli, Aust-Agder as the place which you indicated was the right place, so it doesn't appear that there are any changes that need to take place.

Take for example the attached indexed christening record for Kari (Karen). Even thought the batch search returns a record showing Åmli as the parish, the attached indexed record shows Fjære as the parish (Image attached). How does this happen?
