Get Rid of “Find a Project” or Integrate or Synchronize it with “Find Batches”
Problem: An Indexer (very naturally considering the name) searches “Find a Project” for a Project or type of Project and doesn’t find it But it is available under “Find Batches.”
Reason: Find a Project is mysteriously and only sporadically updated, and so isn’t synchronized with “Find a Batch.”
Solution: Either get rid of “Find a Project” or preferably integrate it with “Find Batches.” It has some very nice features that shouldn’t be lost. But the lack of synchronization with “Find Batches” is misleading, confusing and quietly dangerous. Or, how about making sure that it is always 100% synchronized with Find Batches (same projects in both sites), and allow Reviewing a Batch to be an option?

Another thing which would help is to rename Web Indexing to My Indexing. That's what it used to be and it's a very friendly term. In fact, the URL still includes it.

Find A Project could be renamed to Project Overview, or as John suggested, get rid of it entirely. It causes more trouble than it's worth. People can't pause when indexing a batch and finish it later. They can't review at all if they start from that page. And they can't see progress or totals.
Each project used to have a "Project Home Page" and we could see interesting information about the record collection there. That is the only reason I ever go to Find A Project -to look that up.
