I have checked and resolved duplicates for the listed person, checked the spouses, children, and parents, but the duplicates still show in my planner.

Thank you,

While the knowledge article and the blog article about how to use the planner don't mention this, the reason you may be seeing "possible" duplicates in your planner after having resolved the duplications is because the system (computer software and algorithms) hasn't yet cycled back around to update the page information yet.

You may just need to wait a week or two, reset your FamilySearch cookies and/or clear temporary files and cache.

Here's the blog article about how to use the planner:

Four of the names have been on the list for more than a month. I have restarted my computer and cleared the cookies. Could there be a software issue?

There isn't a software issue, as far as we know. Sorry we don't have a better answer for you.
