Finding this page to give my feedback is tooooo labor intensive. I only found it by getting an appointment with FamilySearch and talking to your rep. The page needs to be simplified!! I don't know if I will ever find this page again.
I had to wait 5 days to talk to a FamilySearch rep. Unacceptable.
My email from FamilySearch, Meeting ID: 85132021045, gave a telephone option, which I tried The number was a recording that ask for a pin #. The email had a pass code that started with a comma (,). I am unaware how to put in a comma on the cell phone while I'm responding to a recording. So I clicked the google meet which did work.
a comment like this doesn't do a whole lot of good - unless you point out specific items that you feel need to be changed.
They cant change or fix/adjust anything - if you dont take the time to point out what it is specifically you are having problems with.
