Sandra, if you are having problems with every batch you try to open, sounds like this could be a computer problem rather than a site one. Using Windows 10 and Google Chrome as the browser, we had no difficulty opening batches. So here are ideas to hopefully help you have a successful experience:
- Make sure your browser is up to date. As Chrome is the recommended browser for FamilySearch, the latest update is Version 91.0.4472.106 To see that and update if necessary, click on the 3 dots to the upper right corner while in Chrome, choose Help then About Google Chrome. It will automatically update for you if that is needed.
- When we do a lot of searching, then our computer tends to become clogged with temporary files and cookies. It is a good idea to clean these out on a regular basis. There is a great Knowledge Article on how to do this in the Help Center in FamilySearch. Use as key words: temporary files or cookies to find the Article attached here.
