Cannot correct when reviewing

Hi Chuck. Would you please mention the name of the Project you are working on? I get “Access Restricted” when I try to open your Shared Batch. Nonetheless, if I’m understanding your issue correctly, I’m not sure why you wouldn’t be able to make the correction you want by typing the code value that you believe to be correct, whether or not there is a drop-down that attaches a name to that code. Thanks.

Sorry, I do not know the name of the project. I assumed that M3HQ-WH would give you the name. I did not need an answer -- I got through the project OK. I just wanted HQ to know there could be a problem they need to address

It would have if I could have opened it. Glad you were able to carry on anyway Some projects are restricted to indexers who live in certain areas, or based on other criteria. When you ask a question, it’s a good idea to mention the name of your project so that the folks with an interest and experience in it are drawn to the question. You can just copy and paste the whole name of you batch, including the letters and numbers at the end within the square brackets (the Batch Code). That will convey the name of the project, and allow someone with privileges to open it.

I'm guessing it was the Liberia 2008 census. This project does the same thing, but, you can correct the improperly indexed fields. The reviewer must delete the wrong information by highlighting what has been entered and clicking delete or by backspacing. Then you are able to type the correct code and get the associated dropdown menu item.

Some of the numbers don't have an associated text equivalent in the dropdown, but you can still enter them. 56 is one of those, I believe. I don't recall the Field for it.
