When I type in find with the ID #, I can't find the people. I have seen them on the family tree.

When I type in Q6D9-L9C, it says it is not found, but I have seen it. That is the same for Q6D9-2BJ who is her father-in-law. Q6D9-21B also. IS there a step I am missing? I am trying to put Joan Varcoe Q6D9-L9c with her husband who is Q6D9-L9W. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @dianaudy1! I see some great comments about finding records of living people, however, you did not say in your comment that Joan Varcoe and her family members are living, so did you use the Find feature to try to locate her in Family Tree by name? We don't have to search with just an ID number, but can actually also search using the name and vital information of our deceased ancestors to find their information. Using just a name search, I located many results because I did not have any additional information to use to filter my search.

You cannot find the PID of the person who is living because of Privacy feature.
