Reviewed batches not counted

I continue to experience a problem with batches that I review not being added to my reviewing totals. This appears to occur only with small batches that I have reviewed. I have not encountered the problem with indexed batches. I have tried using different browsers (Chrome, Fire Fox, Microsoft Edge) but the problem persists. Following are some of the batches not tallied over the last few days: 9 June, MSTK-SFP, 6 records. 11 June, MSTk-S3K, 3 records. 12 June, MSTK-581, 3 records. 13 June, a batch for which I failed to record the number, 3 records. 14 June, MSTK-545, 3 records. 16 June, MSTK-3ZQ, 4 records. 17 June, MSTK-SDS, 3 records.

Have others experienced this same problem? Does anyone know the cause? Can anything be done to address the problem?
