While working on batches, should I also index if there are Zero Deaths? If so, how to do that?

Hi Winnifred. The first two Examples include the instruction: When present, names included in Section 6: Deaths in the Household should be indexed. And, as you know, the third example shows how to index names in Section 6. There is no "number of deaths in the household" Field provided, so you don't have a means of indicating that zero deaths occurred (or that any particular number of deaths occurred). So, the only indication on the index of a single death or multiple deaths in the household in the past 12 months is the presence of the names of those who died in the index you are making. And the only Fields indexed for those individuals are Census Country, Census District, Household ID, Given Names, Surname, Sex, and Age. The rest would be Blanked

I was not able to open your batch. Perhaps you have already submitted or returned it.

I have submitted that batch already. But, and example of one is this..... Liberia—2008 Census [Part H][M3HW-N9M]. I currently have this one opened. I have used the Project Instructions, Guidelines on "How to Index Section 6: Deaths in Household.
