Have entered in all required information but after I submit - fields are empty

Have been working on Will and Probate Batch ID: M3S8-V6J, there's only 3 fields, somehow it added another 2 and as I go back to check the fields I've done, the fields are empty - have done this numerous times. Last time I checked all fields they were all completed but when I submitted it, multiple fields were empty. Also as I was working through the images the fields where you enter the information would jump to different images - I'd be on image 2 and click on next image and it would go straight to image 5. I'm in Brisbane Australia - maybe its just that I'm 'down under'.

Hi @DeniseChenowethChristie thanks for your message. The link below will help you know how to delete the empty fields when you are done with the entries on the image but there are still empty fields requesting data input.
