Viewing my relationships

Historically, I have always been able sign in to Family Search . After sign in, there is alway a list of people in the right column under "recommended tasks." This is a list with the caption "View my Relationships" for each person. I am always attentive to find those people who are related to me and are not currently on my family tree. So I would always print the relationship diagram from a new person to me, by going to my printer hitting copy and print. Most of these schedules were two pages or longer.

Recently, starting a few weeks ago, your system would print only one page of my relationships. I was puzzled because I was communicated by the printer that there would be eight to nine pages to print. When printing there would be one page of print with seven to eight of blank paper. If my relationship was greater than one page, only one page of data would print.

I tried typing multiple pages from my computer of other topics and would receive the multiple pages of type requested. So I have to assume the problem is with FamilySearch.

I would appreciate any help I can in this situation.
