Anyone else having difficulty with image viewing?
Just now, can no longer see any images of records, specifically census records. Clicking on the link brings up the viewer but no record loads.

I'd been looking at a lot of stuff earlier, but now I've tried several different record types, and nothing comes up in the viewer. No record image, no image numbers, no citations. I was able to get one record going thru the Catalog search, but now I tried the same record again and am getting a screen saying "We are experiencing a high volume of user traffic. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later."

I've recently been getting an error when wanting to look at Census Records. It says error loading image, but I've noticed a little shield icon on the blurred image. I used to be able to look at the records no problem. It has come in handy sometimes looking a page either direction and finding other family members of who it is I'm researching. I've found spouses parents and siblings this way numerous times. Also there is a lot of info that can be learned from the records I can no longer view such as my grandfather according to the 1910 census was one of 11 children, I only knew of 5. The others died between census records being taken 1890 to 1910, 1890 records destroyed in fire so some may have been born 1895 or so.
Why are images NOW blocked??? This started around the first of this year.
