Why am I not getting credit for reviews done with indexing?
I always count and record the number of names indexed or review as I finish each batch. Then I compare my total to my total on my progress chart and indexing totals. My indexed number always match up correctly, but my reviews number are not matching. So the reviews that I have done that day are not showing in my progress chart and review totals. I hadn't done any reviewing for awhile because of this. Today I decided to try reviewing a batch that I hadn't work on before. I reviewed 21 names and then looked at the progress chart and it only showed that I did 6 names. I've done a few more batches today to see what would happen and I was only getting credit for every other batch. The last batch I reviewed I did not get credit for was - Italia (Antenati Italiani) Salerno- Stato Civile 1809-1946 (part-D) M953-P96.

Both batches were reviewed by me but I was not given credit for them.

Thank you for that information. But it still is not giving me credit for all the reviewed names I did. I think this is at technical issue,

@WaiteCarolAnn thank you for reporting this. Once in a while the system slows up and needs time to catch up and could take a few days. Also the normal housekeeping of clearing cookies and temp files can help with this. This is strange where you are getting some counted and others not counted with every other batch. Having said this, it would be good to report this happening by calling 1-866-406-1830. I hope this can be resolved for you!

Thanks for the rely, but I have not had any problems with my count numbers when I do Indexing, why should it be different with doing reviews. What if this is happening to others that are doing reviewing? What if it is not recognizing other review work and sending it back to be review again. The dashboard for Italia (Antenati Italiani) Salerno- Stato Civile 1809-1946 (part-D) shows 18% indexed and only 1% reviewed. It seems that the review percentage is really low. I think that it is a technical issue. I don't feel like I want to do reviewing if my work may be not accepted.
Pervious to my first posting, I called that number and they told me to post my question on community help, which is what has led my here, hoping for help.

So sorry for this. Your work is being accepted. The numbers count for your personal reviewing and indexing wouldn't have anything to do with the batches not going in as completed. Please be patient while I contact another person to see if we can get an answer for you and resolution.

Telling a friend of of my reviews not being counted, She bought up the point that if I wasn't getting credit for the ALL the reviews I had done then the ward and stake also to not get credit for this work being done.
I did 37 reviews today and only got credit for 20
It's just not right.🙁

It would be better to report the problem if you provide the Batch code your were not count for.

@WaiteCarolAnn Your batches are all being counted and accepted. Both indexed and reviewed. Occasionally we get an issue were the numbers are not posted immediately to indexer/reviewer account. It can actually take up to a week or rarely even longer.
