I am reviewing a Virginia death record. There is an unnamed child listed. Under the white column is the number 2 and under the male column is a number 2. On all of the other records there is simply a check mark indicating sex and race. I am assuming this was twins. Do I create a second record for this death?

Probably twins. In this case, I would not add another entry as they are both male and would be a duplicate record of the first.
