When I follow the link to search this database, there isn't a place to enter any information.

This is "how to use this collection.

This is what appears when the "Collection details page" link is followed:

Yes, I have come across a similar issue myself recently, although probably not involving this particular collection.

This reinforces my argument (in another post) for providing a dedicated place on the FamilySearch website where such problems can be reported, in the knowledge they will receive the attention of a FamilySearch employee and the matter addressed.

Most of the other genealogy-based websites I use (commercial or otherwise) have a clear way (usually a simple form) to report errors users cannot correct themselves, so why not FamilySearch?

    @AnnieBP ( & @Paul W )

    Annie ( & Paul )

    I wondered ...

I 'see', that on 'Description', for that "Collection", at the end, it states: "Index courtesy of FindMyPast".

    That got me thinking ...

    So ...

    That said ...

I tried "Searching" in the "Catalogue" in 'FamilySearch' for that particular "Collection"

[ Pennsylvania, Historical Society of Pennsylvania, Marriage Records, 1512-1989 ]

I searched, in TWO (x2) ways:

    (1) with a User/Patron with access in 'FamilySearch', WITHOUT the "Connected" Partner of "FindMyPast"; and,

    (2) with a User/Patron with access in 'FamilySearch', WITH the "Connected" Partner of "FindMyPast".

I then accessed that particular "Collection.

The results 'speak' for themselves ...

WITHOUT the "Connected" Partner of "FindMyPast"

WITH the "Connected" Partner of "FindMyPast"

    Pennsylvania _ Historical Society of Pennsylvania _ Marriage Records _ 1512 _ 1989 _ FindMyPast CONNECTED.jpg

    So ...

    After all that ...

It appears that, in this particular case, it all depends on whether or not, a User/Patron, HAS "Connected" the Partner Account of "FindMyPast", to their 'FamilySearch' Account.

I cannot 'speak' for other such situations, just this situation.

I just thought that, I would throw this, 'into the mix' ...

    Brett
